Visitors will have the opportunity to ‘taste’ a piece of Sicily, appreciating the richness of an island that, being at the centre of the Mediterranean, has been shaped by a number of different historical influences and has made cohesion a value. Food has become a symbol of territorial inclusion and social exchange. The tasting will be plastic-free.
